What is Challengrs?
Challengrs is an accountability platform where you set personal goals, put money on the line, and upload proof that you're doing the work. Finish the challenge and keep your stake plus a cut of what everyone else gave up. Don't finish, and you forfeit. You're betting on your own discipline — and nothing else.
How are outcomes decided?
Entirely by your own effort. You either uploaded proof of the work or you didn't — that's the only thing that determines whether you win your challenge. No chance, no luck, no randomness involved. You pick the goal, you do the work, the photos and activity data speak for themselves.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
From the Wallet tab, tap "Withdraw." You'll link a bank account through Stripe (secure, PCI-compliant). Withdrawals typically hit your account in 1–3 business days. Challengrs never sees or stores your bank details.
What happens if I miss a day?
Depends on the challenge. Some challenges allow "redos" — second chances that let you make up a missed day. If you've used them all and miss another day, you lose the challenge. The rules for each challenge are set up front so everyone knows what they signed up for.
Can I get a refund on my stake?
Once a challenge starts, stakes are locked and non-refundable — that's what makes the commitment real. If you want to cancel a challenge before it starts, stakes are fully refunded. Accidental stake? Reach out to support@challengrs.app and we'll take a look.
Who can see my proof photos?
Only people in the same challenge as you. Your proof photos are never posted publicly, never shared with advertisers, never used for marketing. Your wallet balance, email, and personal information are visible only to you.
How is my data protected?
We don't sell your data. We don't track you across other apps. We don't use analytics SDKs. Payments go through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified), not through us. Your passwords are hashed and we can't see them. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. It takes one tap. We delete your profile, proof photos, and personal data within 30 days. Any active stakes you're in will be forfeited by deletion, so finish those first or wait for them to resolve.
